How do I register for the course?
To register, click Register Now on the home page. Fill out the registration form and click Register.
How do I start the course?
To start the course, click Sign in and, type your email address and password and click Sign In button. Then click Start Course.
What if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password from the log-in screen. Enter your email address and you will receive your password in an email.
How do I change my password?
If you would like to change your log-in password, click Account on the home page. You will be prompted to enter your email address and password. Then, enter a new password, re-enter it and then click Update.
What are the system requirements?
- To view the lessons, your browser will need Flash 9.0 or higher.
- You must allow pop-ups in your internet browser for this site.
- You also need to have a fully functional audio card and speakers. If you have any difficulty with the audio, please contact us.
How do I Activate My Subscription?
Once you purchase all 36 lessons from the Google store, you will receive a Google order number.
To activate your subscription, follow these steps.
- Click Sign In to sign in (using your email address and password)
- Click Activate Subscription and type in your Google order number.
Note -- after you activate your subscription the first time, you will not have to enter your Google order number again.
